You must use your name as it appears on your tenancy agreement. It can only be changed (e.g. in the event of marriage) by contacting us. Please note you will need to provide relevant documents like a marriage certificate or passport.
Your Payment Reference Number is your unique code that can be found on the top of the statements that we send all tenants in January, April, July and October. If you have one it can also be found on your Paypoint card.
